Little Red, parte dos

When we last saw our heroine, she was trekking through the dark campus and being secretly followed by Hunter, the clever young wolf from her spanish class. The campbell's tomato soup was rapidly cooling in her bag, and she was in a hurry to get to Jess, so, enter Andi as she takes the short cut to south campus.

Innocent of her pursuer, Andi decided to take the darker and less populated path down past the parking-lot side of the stadium. It wasn't the safest choice, but it was definitely a quicker way to get to the dorm. Besides, the drunk frat boys didn't normally make it this far before they passed out. Andi walked quickly, anxious to be out of the shadows and back on the well lit street that led down the hill to Hinton James. It was eerie, more so than she had expected, and her head flooded with emails of campus assaults, but on she pressed. Just as the flood lighting from Morrison dorm came in sight, and relief hit her, a stylishly dressed man stepped out of the shadows.

"Hi Andi," he said, a dark grin on his face. Andi groaned, immediatly recognizing the know-it-all kid from her spanish lit class. He had been making eyes at her for weeks and it was all she could do to be nice and not strangle him. She knew his reputation and she wasn't interested.
"Oh, hi Hunter," she muttered, cursing her choice of walk ways.
"Just 'oh hi'?" he teased, "That's a bit disapointing. I'm thrilled to see you."
"Well, how nice... but I'm sort of in a hurry. No offense." she added, not wanting to create enimity between herself and her class mate.
"Well, why don't you let me walk you wherever you're going. It's not safe to be out here so late, in the dark... anything could happen." he said.
"Yea, anything," she murmured, thinking her luck was bad enough as it was.
"And hey, they're having Scream on the Green over at HJ. That's where I was headed. Why don't you stick around and watch with me... then I'll walk you."
Andi rolled her eyes, trying to maintain a smile. She really didn't want to hurt Hunter's feelings. She just wanted him to go away.
